How to Enroll

Step 1: Schedule a Tour

We Encourage families to visit our center, meet our staff, and learn more about our programs.

Step 2: Complete Enrollment Paperwork

Once a space is available, parents will receive access to our Brightwheel system to complete enrollment forms and submit required documentation. where you will have access to complete enrollment paperwork and submit necessary documents. 

Enrollment documents may include:

• Enrollment packet

• Immunization Records

• Health Statement

• Parents/Guardian Driver's License

• Additional required licensing forms

Step 3: Pay Enrollment Fee

A one-time, nonrefundable enrollment fee of $75 per child is required to secure your child's spot. Enrollment is not granted until all paperwork and fees have been received.

Milo and MJ's Activity Cener proudly accepts Child Care Services (CCS).

Step 4: Prepare for Your First Day

Once enrollment is complete, our team will provide information regarding your child's state date, classroom placement, daily schedule, and items needed for care.

If a classroom is currently full, families may join our waitlist and will be contacted as opening become available.
